Cheryl
Cheryl McCann, Bsc (hons) Applied Psychology, is a qualified Play Therapist with a post graduate diploma in Play Therapy and is registered with PTUK as a certified play therapist and an approved supervisor. She is also trained by the Theraplay Institute in Level 1 and 2 Theraplay. Cheryl has a postgraduate diploma in social work and worked as a Children and Families social worker for 10 years. Cheryl has built up years of experience working with children with varying needs. Although working mainly from a non directive Play Therapy approach, Cheryl does use other therapy techniques and can also provide training within her field.
